If you are unsatisfied with RankAsAnswer for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked, no justification required.

Our refund policy

We believe in the value RankAsAnswer delivers. If you try the product and find it doesn't meet your needs within the first 14 days, we will refund your payment in full. This applies to all monthly and annual subscription plans.

This guarantee is unconditional — you do not need to explain why you want a refund, and there are no hidden conditions or usage minimums that must be met (or avoided) to qualify.

We take the 14-day guarantee seriously. Refund requests are processed manually by our team — not through automated systems — to ensure every case is handled fairly and promptly.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date
  • The request must come from the email address associated with your account
  • The guarantee covers first-time purchases only — re-subscriptions after a previous refund are not eligible

Renewals and second payment cycles are not covered by the 14-day guarantee (though billing issues or accidental renewals are always resolved on a case-by-case basis — just reach out to us).

How to request a refund

Include your Razorpay payment ID

Your payment ID is in the receipt email from Razorpay (it starts with "pay_"). This helps us locate your transaction quickly.

Confirm your account email

Include the email address associated with your RankAsAnswer account to prevent any delays.

We process your refund

Our team reviews and initiates the refund within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

No justification required

You do not need to explain why you want a refund. Saying "it didn't work for me" or "I changed my mind" is sufficient. We process all refund requests within our guarantee window without dispute.

Refund timelines for the final credit depend on your bank/payment provider. Razorpay processes the refund on our end typically within 24 hours of us initiating it.

What happens after a refund

After your refund is processed:

  • Your account is immediately downgraded to the Free tier
  • All your data (scans, history, keywords) is retained on the Free tier
  • You can continue using RankAsAnswer under Free tier limits
  • You can re-subscribe at any time (not eligible for a second guarantee period)

AppSumo LTD refunds

AppSumo Lifetime Deal purchases are subject to AppSumo's refund policy, not RankAsAnswer's 14-day guarantee. AppSumo offers a 60-day refund window on all LTD purchases, processed directly through AppSumo's platform.

To request a refund for an AppSumo purchase:

  1. Log in to your AppSumo account
  2. Go to "My Purchases"
  3. Find RankAsAnswer and click "Refund"
  4. Follow AppSumo's refund process
